As a native of Spanish Fort, Alabama, located on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay, Chef Phillip Collier has brought an experienced and innovative approach of southern gulf coast cuisine to Huntsville. 

Bringing over 14 years of culinary experience in the country club industry, Chef Phillip enjoys providing Ledges members with a culinary experience unlike any other in the city. 

Phillip actively engages with members, learning their likes and dislikes to curate seasonal menus and weekly chef's specials that appeal to members' palates.
